SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We offer standard Ground or Express Shipping across Canada by Canada Post or UPS. Typical shipping time is between 5 to 7 business days for Ground and 2 to 3 days by Express. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
Limited Warranty
A replacement part or item will be issued for Treeline products found to be defective or have failed under proper use. Please submit a warranty claim with valid proof of sales including the date and point of purchase on our contact form.
Return Policy
If you are at all dissatisfied with your Treeline product or changed your mind, you have 30 days from the purchase day to return the product to get a refund. There will not be any restocking fee but the buyer will need to cover the shipping to and from our warehouse.
